Solution: The client required a candidate with a deep understanding and network in a niche sector. Metrica’s consultants were able to engage with senior candidates and get them interested in the opportunity while maintaining utmost confidentiality regarding the client’s details.
We conducted the initial rounds of fitment assessment using a process involving our in-house Virtual Interview Service -MetVID, followed by psychometric assessments. This standardized the process ensuring that the client had more data points than just the CV to assess the candidate without the need to interact directly with the candidate. Upon mutual agreement, we facilitated a direct engagement with the client and a few shortlisted candidates.
Given our decade long expertise, we successfully onboarded another valuable addition to the client’s team, while maintaining confidentiality throughout the process.
